This semester should be jam-packed. I have my normal Friday classes, my job as interim director, and an extra class on MW that I haven’t taught before. I think I have a good handle on what it will be, but it’s always better when I have a few classes under my belt. At this point, I’ve done the intro class and we start the real stuff next class, where the learning hopefully starts.

Molding Young Minds
So this summer I’ve been helping at a youth camp for STEM / Game Design again and giving guest lectures on a variety of topics. It’s great to see kids interested in games as a career and give them advice. My most popular talk tends to be ‘Why you shouldn’t make an MMO’.
