So while exploring iOS 11 I have encountered bugs and some really nice things too, but every once and awhile you come across something amazingly simple but useful. Case in point is the updates to the drawing options available in notes and other apps.

Aside from just being available more places in the iOS, they made two awesome new changes. The first is the inclusion of a selection tool to lasso art and then drag and drop it. It works amazingly smoothly and really opens up self editing of an image. Secondly, they changed how the eraser works, instead of just erasing where your finger or stylus goes, it erases smartly, taking out whole lines or images as you swipe them. It’s amazing how well this works and speeds up the process. I’m not sure if there is an option to do fine tuning on that if you wanted to shorten a line versus remove it, but that’s what exploring and betas are for right?
