I love the KFC $5 box. It’s quite a value to get three tenders, their mashed potatoes and gravy, biscuit, cookie, and drink for just five measly dollars.  Plus, it’s better than other fast food alternatives and generally speaking quite tasty, especially the potatoes and gravy.  That said though…

Popeyes, when they offer it, has them beat.  For example, right now I got three spicy tenders, fries, onion rings, and a biscuit for $5 and a drink for a buck more.  It’s a ridiculously filling box of goodness.  Of course, for the same thing normally, it would be like $11, so there is that.  The problem is it’s not permanent, whereas the KFC is.  Both are great values, at least to me.  Popeyes, if you can swing yours more often, you’d get more of my food budget, just saying.
